Their varied backgrounds and deep experience promise to enrich our community with fresh perspectives and drive meaningful advancements in the field of communications. Elina Heiskanen (Finland) – A Cambridge graduate, Elina Heiskanen is a forward-thinking professional dedicated to fostering a sustainable and purposeful society through strategic communication, marketing, content production, and storytelling. As an experienced digitalist and change agent, she has contributed to NGOs, the media industry, start-ups, creative industries, non-profit associations, the culture sector, and music festivals. Elina also shares her expertise as a visiting lecturer at The University of Arts (Helsinki), The Sibelius Academy, and The Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Elina is a Head Of Advocacy and Communications & Marketing at Kvs Foundation and also serves as a board member for two NGOs in the creative sector.

Eva Snijders (Spain) – Eva is a renowned expert in Communication and Organizational Change. She founded her first communications agency at 25, managing global projects. Eva specialized in Coaching, NLP, and Storytelling, founding the first Storytelling and Transmedia company in the Spanish-speaking world in 2007. Eva has advised major companies like Airbus and Ford and is a regular speaker, startup mentor, and associate professor. She is an Ambassador for the Storytelling Center in Amsterdam and a Founder of Genetikomm, a consultancy helping organizations align their future with their values.

Jared Meade (United States) - Jared Meade, MPS, APR, MPRCA, brings more than 20 years of public relations experience – emphasizing the healthcare and education sectors – to his current roles as associate vice president of Meehan Business Advisers (MBA) and founder and principal of Rayne Strategy Group (RSG). He also teaches as an adjunct professor at Bowling Green State University and Eastern Michigan University, shaping future PR professionals. Meade has been active in the PR community, including roles as past chair of the PRSA East Central District, past president of the Northwest Ohio PRSA chapter, and a founding member of the PR alumni chapter at Eastern Michigan University.

Akanksha Jain (India) - She is a communications expert with over 17 years of experience in global public relations, brand strategy, and digital media. She currently leads PR and Communications at BharatPe, focusing on reputation management, crisis response, and thought leadership. Known as a ‘Startup Communications Expert’, Akanksha has guided numerous startups through various growth stages and has led crisis communications for brands like Nokia and MobiKwik. Recognized for her expertise in fintech, she has an extensive background in building fintech brands globally and was the youngest Group PR Head in the country at 32.
