These three newcomers are:

Kesagee Nayager (South Africa) – With extensive leadership experience in multinational mining companies, Kesagee has excelled in roles encompassing public relations, customer and investor relations, advertising, marketing (ATL, BTL, TTL), reputation and issues management, traditional and digital media, internal and external communications, stakeholder and community relations, brand management, project management, and business improvement. Now she works as Marketing, Communications and HR Executive at Bombela Concession Company. As a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Practitioner and certified leadership coach, Kesagee drives continuous improvement, optimizing processes to achieve superior outcomes.

Mamane Lungelo Mbebe (South Africa) – With over 10 years of experience in corporate communications management across esteemed organizations, Mamane is an experienced Communications Manager at Bombela Concession Company known for her integrity and strong work ethic. She has a proven track record for management in Corporate Affairs departments. Her holistic approach to goal-setting and strategic planning underscores her innovative prowess in corporate communications.

Neha Arora (India) – With over 20 years of experience, Neha is the Head of Corporate Communications at Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd. in Greater Delhi. She excels in crafting impactful communication strategies that elevate brand reputation and engage stakeholders. Recognized internationally, Neha has won several prestigious awards, including the MarCom Awards Platinum Winner and Gold Winner at the Asia Pacific Stevie Awards for Most Innovative Communications Professional of the Year. She also serves as a jury member for various industry awards, shaping standards and fostering excellence in corporate communications.
